IT Systems & Integrations Manager
The IT Systems & Integrations Manager is responsible for the daily execution, oversight, and optimization of Motus Freight’s technology ecosystem. This role manages core IT systems, leads integrations and automation initiatives, oversees vendor relationships, and ensures the reliability and scalability of the company’s technology infrastructure.
This position is on-site, full time located in Bellevue, KY (just 5 minutes from Cincinnati, OH)
Key Responsibilities:
Systems & Infrastructure Management
• Oversee company third‑party software systems including email, security platforms, and productivity tools.
• Manage company hardware including computers, phones, workstations, and servers.
• Ensure system reliability, performance, and security across all IT assets.
Integrations & Automation
• Serve as the primary owner for all system integrations, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Lead the evaluation, procurement, and execution of outsourced or custom integration projects.
• Develop and maintain scripts, automations, and workflow tools to improve operational efficiency.
Vendor & Application Management
• Maintain ownership of IT vendor relationships, ensuring service quality and alignment with business needs.
• Manage application lifecycle, including updates, enhancements, and performance monitoring.
Data & Reporting Support
• Support data reporting initiatives, including Tableau dashboards and data workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify data gaps and opportunities for improved visibility.
Strategic Technology Leadership
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI advancements to support company vision and mission.
• Identify opportunities to improve technology strategy, infrastructure, and operational processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of IT experience; logistics IT experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Tableau and data visualization.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages.
• Strong understanding of IT architecture, systems infrastructure, and workflow automation.
• Experience with EDI, APIs, and software integrations.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and Large Language Models.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
